Julian Creagh

Associate

Julian is an Associate in our Property and Commercial practice group. Julian provides clients with advice on all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions and related commercial dealings. Julian’s strengths lay within his technical expertise in property and commercial practice and his ability to clearly discuss the relevant issues with his clients in order to reach the best solutions.

Julian is dual-qualified in both business and law which places him in a healthy position to navigate the legalities of the intersection of both worlds. Julian prides himself in being commercially astute and practical. Julian enjoys having the opportunity to be involved in client’s matters from project conception through to settlement and completion and efficiently resolving any hiccups along the way giving comfort to his busy clients.

Julian is regularly invited to present at various legal education and professional development conferences, including those run by the Queensland Law Society, and also lectures students of the College of Law in the Masters of Applied Law (Property Law) program.

  • Complex property transactions, including Put & Call Options
  • Securities and finance arrangements, including mortgages and Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR)
  • Advising on easements, caveats and other property interests and rights
